Bill's Place, Inc.
Recovery IS our business.
A Plan. A Partnership. A Solution.
Join me if you will as we offer new solutions to old problems. As a society, can we — dare we — continue to have more people in prisons than most of the “free” world proportionately? Over two million people in the United States are in custody. Clearly, this is NOT the answer!

We propose to build facilities where men are housed, clothed, fed, employed, educated, and free to be responsible for “what’s next” or face the consequences. They will be taught new living skills to empower themselves and those they care about.

Our plan calls for a statewide parole release and education program for all offenders dealing with substance abuse. We endeavor to accomplish this with 100% self-support by providing the combined entities which will furnish gainful employment and career training for all who qualify. GROW GEORGIA, INC. and SPEAR ONE, LLC® will follow all tax-reporting requirements to sustain BILL’S PLACE, INC, a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Educational Corporation and our respective mission to always remain self-supporting.

The Program at Bill’s Place is open to all parolees who meet the criteria. We require a commitment of one year upon release from prison. All men must be in good health and responsible for their own well-being. There will be no mental health issues or history of violent behavior. We do not accept sex offenders nor have facilities to manage their care responsibly. All must have an issue with drugs or alcohol.

We believe this comprehensive program offering community-based services will dramatically alter the rate of return for prisoners and significantly ease their reintegration back into society
the financial burden of which must be shared by the very ones who ran up the tab.
